                      and also the absense of nutrients that stimulate the
                      central nervous system.

#3 Ischemia -the lack of blood and oxygen caused by spasms or muscular
                     tightness.

#4 Trigger Points - Areas of the body that accumulate metabolic waste
                             which stimulate segments of the spinal cord and cause
                             referred pain or sensations to other areas of the body.
